the way of yoga is to realize that, “I am not the body, i am a piece of the consciousness which stay inside of this body and this body just a tool of mine”. The piece of consciousness called spirit. We can search from the way how we speaks. “This is my finger.” We never say, “I am finger”. “This is my body” its means, we are not body. “My mind” its means we are not mind. If we are not this body, and if we are not the mind, then who we are absolutelly? Book of Weda has explained about that we are a piece or unite of consciousness. Unite of consciousness often called spirit. So that, body and mind are tools of spirit. And we are the spirit absolutelly. Spirit never been created and destroyed. Spirit is part of God (universal consciousness), like a beam of light which become part of sun light, like a drop of sea-water which part of big ocean. Krsna said to arjuna, “None born or death for spirit......spirit aint dead if body was killed.” But if the spirit aint die when body was killed, so whats will happen to the spirit? Reincarnation is going happen. In Bhagavad Gita said, “Like someone wearing a new dress and take off the old dress, same like spirit accept the new bodies and left the old bodies...!!!”<<<2
